The National Research Foundation (NRF) of Singapore is
spearheading the organization of the 2nd Global Young Scientists
Summit@one-north 2014 (GYSS@one-north), an international
multi-disciplinary research summit, in Singapore from 19 January
(Sunday) to 24 January (Friday), 2014. The inaugural
GYSS@one-north 2013 attracted close to 280 bright young
international scientific talents to Singapore, where over the
course of a week, had close interactions with 16 eminent
scientists, ranging from Nobel Laureates, to Turing Awardees,
Fields Medallists and Millennium Technology Awardees. Both
participants and speakers also had the unique opportunity to
immerse themselves in the local research, education and
innovation eco-system. The Massachusetts Institute of
Technology’s participation in the GYSS@one-north 2013 was much
appreciated and we certainly hope that once again, we will be
able to have your support in 2014.<br>
