responsible communication of research results,
developing a successful research program, international
collaborations, and giving and receiving good mentoring.
More
<strong>senior faculty</strong> interested in
establishing or enhancing programs on career development
and/or responsible conduct at their home institutions
are also encouraged to attend. There will be special
sessions for this group, focusing on implementing
training and instructional strategies. Handouts will be
provided to everyone, trainees will also receive
materials for use in teaching about the topics covered.</div>

<div>Anyone--administrators, faculty, technical staff,
students--interested in the ethical issues associated
with becoming a scientist and doing science, in

oversight responsibilities for the ethical conduct of
