We are a postdoc led organization with the goal of providing support for the 1200 postdoctoral trainees appointed across 25+ departments at MIT. Our mission includes supporting postdocs in all aspects of their professional research training and career development, fostering a sense of community and an environment of peer support, and serving as a liaison between postdocs and faculty and administrators.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>We are delighted to welcome all postdoctoral trainees to the PDA and encourage you to get involved in our mission.
