<div>Kevin Knobloch, president of the Union of Concerned Scientists,

<div>30 years of experience in legislative policy, media, and advocacy

<div>job as leader of the Union of Concerned Scientists. He is
knowledgeable</div>
<div>about a wide range of environmental and arms control issues,
including</div>
<div>natural resource and clean energy economics, advanced
technology</div>
<div>vehicles, nuclear weapons, forest conservation, renewable energy,
and</div>
<div>corporate responsibility.</div>

<div>James Hoyte, Union of Concerned Scientists board member, is
the</div>
<div>assistant to the president/associate vice president for
Equal</div>
<div>Opportunity Programs, lecturer in environmental sciences and
public</div>
<div>policy at Harvard College, and adjunct lecturer in public policy
at the</div>
<div>Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Hoyte is
a</div>
<div>lawyer who has served as Secretary of Environmental Affairs
for</div>
<div>Massachusetts and as chair of the Massachusetts Water
Resources</div>
<div>Authority.</div>
