DESCRIPTION: When it comes to negotiating for higher pay, women have a
dilemma: negotiating for higher compensation is likely to pay off
financially, but it's socially risky. Speaker Hannah Riley Bowles will
present her current research on negotiation and gender, and identify
strategies that women can use to overcome this compensation
negotiation dilemma.</font><br>
