<div><font color="#000000">We are delighted to announce that as of
January 1, 2008, postdoctoral fellows will have access to backup
childcare and eldercare referrals through Parents in a Pinch, Inc.,
and its partner eldercare organization, HouseWorks. This backup
care program offers referrals to screened and trained in-home
caregivers to assist when you are faced with the need for temporary
support with eldercare or childcare responsibilities. MIT covers
all registration and placement fees of the agency; participants are
responsible only for caregiver fees.</font></div>

<div><font color="#000000">You must<b> pre-register</b> with the MIT
Center for Work, Family and Personal Life before you can receive
service from Parents in a Pinch.</font></div>
