<div>MIT MentorConnection is a one-on-one mentorship program aimed at
enriching the educational and social experience of MIT students and
post-docs, and providing a chance for mentors to keep in close contact
with the MIT community. Through e-mail sharing with a professional in
the industry, academia, or government, as well as events such as the
MentorConnection Forum and networking workshops, students and
post-docs can explore potential career paths, gain more understanding
about specific industries, establish contacts and networks in
companies, and develop professionally before graduation.</div>
