In this two-day workshop, participants use structured exercises,
discussion, and skill practice to strengthen their abilities to
prepare research proposals. During the course, participants

* prepare standard proposal elements<br>
* emphasize benefits to the client<br>
* select critical material for executive summaries<br>
* read and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)<br>
* determine the need for graphics and other support materials.<br>

technicians, editors, and other technical professionals with tools to
produce quality technical prose. Participants are introduced to an
efficient, systematic approach to organizing and writing complex
technical documentation. All lessons include practical exercises and
individualized feedback. By the end of this course, participants

* communicate efficiently for diverse readers<br>
