<div><br></div>Hey team,<div><br></div><div>Hope everyone is having a great IAP/break. A few quick updates/good news. First off, we have been upgraded from a locker to designated office/storage space. We'll be moving into W20-450 and sharing space with IFC/Dormcon (it's the big room right when you get off the elevators). Plus, there is a large round table in the room, so we might be permanently be having our exec meetings there. We need to coordinate with IFC/Dormcon, but it's a likely possibility.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Our designated moving days are this Saturday and Sunday (2/4 and 2/5). Everything in our locker space needs to be moved to W20-450. We have a bunch of stuff (mainly extra Beaver Dash t-shirts and random cardboard boxes) stored outside our locker that doesn't fit and all of this needs to be moved as well. I'll unfortunately be out of town on those dates because of interviews, so I need a group of 3 to 4 volunteers who are willing to move the items. It shouldn't take too long--no more than an hour at most. The new room is literally 30 seconds from our locker on the same floor of the student center. If you'll be on campus that day, please let me know ASAP.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Also, I'm unfortunately literally going to be out of town every weekend in the month of February, so it'd be great to have a new exec meeting time during the week. If people prefer, this can become our permanent meeting time for the spring. Fill out <a href="http://www.doodle.com/p238gu4qukg9gs7r">this doodle</a> and indicate if you want this new time to replace the Sunday at 1pm time for the rest of the year (March-May).</div>
