I hope you've all been having lovely spring semesters so far -- and despite the weather, believe me, spring is almost here!

As most of you know, we're holding our Habitat ReStore's Grand Opening Celebration this Saturday, April 2nd (beginning at 11AM)! And, of course, you're all invited! The ReStore will hopefully help fund a lot of the work we do, enabling us to serve more families -- it will also allow us to accommodate more volunteers (definitely let me know if you and/or your groups may be interested in coming out)!

On a similar note, our construction crew has established a set of plans for a shed -- one that, once build, can be sold at the ReStore (though, on occasion, may go to a new homeowner, should their property warrant it)! I don't know how much this will be sold for, but with your help, it would definitely raise us so money to build more! Likewise, it should be a pretty fun activity that you can do on your on campus, as has been expressed to me on a number of occasions.

It should be a great way to promote your Chapter or club on campus, get
many more people involved, and show off while actually building
something cool! And now that it's getting warmer, there's some prime
time to try it out!

The plans are pretty user-friendly, and includes a stock list (materials needed) at the end. Please let me know if you run into any problems, as you probably won't be the only one -- but we hope there aren't any issues at all!

After you build this (or these!) on campus*, you can bring it to our ReStore -- or our ReStore team can coordinate a pick up. (*Obviously, please reserve space on your campus through the proper channels, and let the administration know what you will be doing on their property.)

Please let me know if you have any questions about any of this -- or if you plan on doing any of this soon, as I'd love to be of some help -- and see how it works.

Cheers,
--Lee

P.S. Look for an email from me soon about other spring Habitat happenings -- and maybe see you this Saturday!
