Hi guys,

I just had a really long talk with Jed Wartman and Paul Spangle, of the Student Activities Office, and as a result, I think we should have a more in-depth discussion about the benefits and disadvantages of becoming a Campus Chapter, and how we see the future of the club.

Unfortunately, since I'll be out of town this Sunday, we're going to have to postpone this discussion to our meeting on Feb 14. According to the doodle, it looks like Sundays 5:15pm-6pm will work as a regular meeting time - let me know if this would be a problem. So...

Next Habitat exec meeting:

This Sunday, Feb 7 at 4:30pm (early due to Super Bowl), Coffeehouse
Clarissa will be acting president
- Benefit Concert preparation: Kavita
- Update on Kenya partnership: Scott
- Spring break trip update (# of definite participants, grants): Shawn and Jacinda

Next next Habitat exec meeting:

Sunday, Feb 14 at 5:15pm
Grace will lead
- Benefit Concert last minute prep
- Discussion on future of our club
* Before this meeting, please go to (http://www.habitat.org/youthprograms/ages_14_25/campus_chapters/default_campus_chapter.aspx) and read about Habitat Campus Chapters. Also, if you have not done so, please look at the bylaws and covenant in the Campus Chapter application.

Please let me know if you cannot make either meeting. If a lot of people cannot make the Feb 14 meeting (Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year), we'll have to reschedule our discussion, because it's really important that as many people as possible are present to contribute their thoughts.

Thanks,
Grace
