I learned about the club from the Beaver Dash in the fall, and I had a suggestion:<br>To increase turnout, you could do a team-style race in the spring: offer a slightly discounted entry fee for people in teams of 7+ people. Then, give prizes to the top teams (scored as in cross country races: 1st place gets 1 point, etc. Top 5 people on each team score. Lowest team score wins. Might have to finagle something to make teams coed.)<br>
