<div>First off, thanks so much for volunteering to help with the race! It would not be possible without your help! Below is some important information about your part on race day (this sunday).<br></div>

<div><strong>RACE DAY INFORMATION:</strong> </div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Meeting</strong>: There is a <strong>mandatory volunteer meeting at 7:15am</strong> outside the main entrance to the Z center. Breakfast will be provided, and you can pick up shirts then. Lunch will also be provided after the race.<br>

<li><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: Your part in this race is very important! You are doing race course traffic. At the meeting on Sunday morning we will give you a map of the route and tell you where each of you will be positioned.

<div>Your job consists of a few aspects:</div></li></ul>
<ol>
<ol>
<li>Direct the runners in the right direction. (most of you will be stationed at turns)</li>
<li>Watch for traffic. Some of you will be stationed at the cross streets on mem drive (danforth st., endicott st., fowler st., audrey st.). These streets are NOT blocked off: there might be cars trying to use these streets during the race. We choice a very low traffic race time, but you might have to deal with cars. We will talk further about how to deal with this on sunday morning. </li>
<li>Encourage runners. </li>
<li>Chalk. We might have you chalk the part of the route that you are stationed. This isn't certain and we will talk more about this on sunday.<br></li></ol></ol>

<li><strong>Contacts</strong>: There are 3 exec members that will be your source of contact before and during the race. Please add the following numbers to your cell phone in case you need to contact us on race day.</li>

<li><strong>Multiple Jobs: </strong>We might ask some of you to help with random stuff before the race. But specifically, Katherine and Scott: you are both assigned to another job before the race. You should be recieving another email from your exec contact for those jobs.</li>
