I was just contacted about the "Game Night" and wanted to fill you in on
some of the policies. Apparently games of chance are not permitted, per
Cambridge City law. Therefore, you cannot play poker. However, all of the
other games are fine.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks,
Hi Susanne,

Thank you for writing. I have added Andrea Gatti to this email as she works
closely with Habitat. A Game Night is ok, however games of chance are not
permitted, whether there is money being exchanged or not. So, looking at
the games listed below they all look ok, except for poker.

I think it is fine to go ahead and reserve the space for them. Andrea, will
you also follow up with Grace to explain the games of chance. This is a
Cambridge City law so we don't really have any wiggle room here.

Thank you!

Jed
Jed,
We received the following request from Habitat for Humanity for a "Game
Night". Although they do state that there will be "no gambling for money",
we want to make sure that they are following the rules about these types of
activities.

Would you be able to review this request and let me know whether or not it
is ok to reserve classroom space for them?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Susanne
