Hey guys,

A couple of things:

1. We've been invited to present at a booth in the International Development Fair, which is this Friday, Oct 2, from 1-3pm in Lobby 13. Set-up starts at noon, with sandwiches provided to the presenters at noon. I have all of the posters and flyers from the midway, so we don't need to prepare anything ahead of time. Come if you're available! We participate in quite a few of these fairs each year (Sunshine, Clarissa, and I actually presented at a poster thing for the Princess of Thailand in August...long story) - they are really great places to recruit new volunteers. Please respond and let me know if you can come, and if so what time (ie. noon-3pm).

2. According to the doodle, the most popular time appears to be Sundays at noon - that will be our official meeting time (let me know if you have a problem with that time). So... we will be meeting this Sunday at noon in the Coffeehouse to figure out last minute Beaver Dash stuff and to start planning the Game night (yup, November's only 4 weeks away!)

3. If you have anything to print at Copy Tech, just tell the person (or put in the "comments" section of the online form) that the order is for Habitat for Humanity, and we have an arrangement with June Milligan. We'll pay for everything after the Beaver Dash.
- Large posters (Clarissa and Hannah F): Please make sure they print it on heavy weight stock paper (not glossy) - we have a discount on the heavy paper. (Hannah, your poster about Habitat in Kenya should be ~2 ft x 2.5 ft.)
- Info cards (Cesilia and Shawn): They both look awesome! Please arrange it so that four cards can print on each page, and then print them at CopyTech (maybe 50 of each, for 200 cards of each total?) on cardstock. They should be able to cut them for you.
- Info posters (Hannah G and Susan): We'll get them printed and laminated at the CopyTech in the student center - let me know when you're ready with at least one sample, and we can go together to pick out colors and stuff.

4. Last thing - thank you to the people who picked up table tents today! We've printed more of them, so if you haven't had the chance to come grab some, please drop by Clarissa's lab tomorrow - she'll email out about what times she'll be available.

The more we can take care of this week, the less crazy next week will be! Let me know if I'm forgetting something...

-Grace :)
