Dear MISO users:

I have noticed an interesting problem. For genes with only two isoforms, there is only one psi value printed. From my data it looks like that this value is the psi of the first isoform. Is that indeed the case?

An example is shown below:

gene:ENSG00000102145 0.60 0.13 0.89 'transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48786554@48786645 at +_transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48791091@48791329 at +_transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48791844@48792221 at +_transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48792323@48792468 at +_transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48793172@48793297 at +_transcript:ENST00000376670 at 48793793@48794308 at +','transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48786573@48786645 at +_transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48791091@48791329 at +_transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48791844@48792221 at +_transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48792323@48792468 at +_transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48793172@48793297 at +_transcript:ENST00000376665 at 48794134@48794311 at +' (0,0):11,(1,0):2,(1,1):7 0:5,1:4 X + 48786554,48786573 48794308,48794311

Thanks to anybody who can help!

Sincerely,

Ziheng Wang
