Hi I am trying to create annotation for Celegans. I am not sure I understand what is the starting format. could you help me to create/download the file. I am using ensembl reference ver WB235. Is it possible to create annotation file from output from cufflinks (gtf merged from all cufflinks runs)? thank you Krzysztof
