<div>Thank you Teddy you inspired me in the direction of an OS update. The OS update allowed me to download/install a new/updated printer driver. The process of updating the drivers has ceased the crashing of Firefox.</div>

<div>Sorry to hear about the problem. I haven't seen this crop up for me personally, but haven't run 10.7.5 in a very long time. Was Sophos giving you an error when this would happen? If not, I don't think mucking about with Sophos will yield much. </div>

<div>Asking in the Mozilla Support forums doesn't seem like a bad idea. I found a couple of threads with similar problems (such as <a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/980967">https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/980967</a>), which make
this seem like a print driver problem. I would suggest removing the Biz Hub printer and adding another printer (perhaps MIT Pharos if you don't have another one handy) and seeing if the issue persists from there. I hope that helps. Good luck.</div>

I've had an issue crop up that I would love to get some additional<br>
tips/tricks/techniques on towards resolving.<br>

In short, printing from firefox crashes the program. [Printing to this<br>
printer from all other apps works without issue.]<br>

Steps taken towards resolving - none of which have allowed me to print.<br>
<br>
- starting firefox in safe mode<br>
- disabled all plugins and add ons<br>
- removal of firefox profile/prefs<br>
- complete removal of firefox application and reinstallation (including<br>
current version and testing betas)<br>
- ran program from another user account on same machine<br>
- deleted printer from system and re-added (no new drivers available for<br>
printer)<br>
- repaired disk permissions<br>

OS 10.7.5<br>
Biz Hub c360 using<br>
Firefox version 30<br>
<br>
My thought was to start poking around in the cups interface but figured<br>
I'd stop and check w/the macpartners before proceeding.<br>
<br>
Should I be fiddling with Sophos prefs?<br>

Should I be asking mozilla help forum folks to review my crash logs?<br>
