Dear MacPartners,<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Just a heads up - in the last week we've run across 2 laptops experiencing PowerPoint crashing under Mac OS 10.4.11. As soon as you try to run the slideshow, the application crashes.</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>On a MacBook, the other a MacBook Pro.</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>In one instance we rolled the computer back to 10.4.10, another individual installed OpenOffice just to get thru the presentation.</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Discussion here on Apple site: <a href="http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6033304">http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6033304</a></div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Several articles out there about this, none with any type of "pretty" fix.
