trays. Most of the machines that connect to it are macs (g4, OS X.2,

Let's just consider word documents.</font></div>

<div><font color="#000000">98 out of 100 docs should be printed in
black and white. The users have asked me to have Word default to b/w
printing. There is a setting in word named standard. It will not let
me modify it. Okay, I make another setting called 'standard b/w'. I
test it and it works. It prints b/w. But I have not found a way to
change it to the default setting. So it is no better than a user
selecting color options --> 'print color as grey' each and every
time. In summary, I cannot modify nor delete the standard setting and
I cannot make a new setting the default. I am assuming I just don't
know how.</font><br>
