Good morning,

IS&T is pleased to announce the availability of the Qualtrics<http://ist.mit.edu/qualtrics> service for use by the MIT community.
What is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics<http://ist.mit.edu/qualtrics> is an enterprise survey tool. It lets you collect and analyze survey data online via a web browser or mobile app, and collaborate on surveys with other Qualtrics users at MIT.
How do I register?
Visit the registration portal to activate your Qualtrics account: http://qualtrics.mit.edu
To encourage appropriate use of surveys, the Institutional Research section of the Provost’s Office has worked with IS&T to provide some guidelines and best practices for using Qualtrics. You will be asked to agree to those terms when you register. You can find the Qualtrics rules of use in the Knowledge Base (KB) at: http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/5sEwCQ .
For registration instructions, see the KB article: How do I request a Qualtrics account?<http://kb.mit.edu/confluence/x/gMIwCQ>
What if my DLC already has a Qualtrics account?
Some groups at MIT have had their own Qualtrics “brands” for some time. These are now paid for under our Institute-wide license, but are administered independently.
For users and administrators of these independent Qualtrics brands, this is only a billing change. You can continue to access and use Qualtrics and administer your Qualtrics brand in the same way you always have.
