Karen:

    It turns out that the media is the same as the trial download
installer (this has been true since CS3 and through CS5.5). They
available on Adobe's web site, but you have to perform a complex set
of tasks to make it release them to you.

and follow the instructions *carefully*. The links there redirect to
links on Adobe's server, but you have to login to Adobe's server first.

p.s.: I can probably dig up disks, but why bother when it's available
