[Macpartners] Safari 1.2 and Personal X.509 Certificates

I installed the certificate this morning and found that when I 
downloaded the certificate file it downloaded as mita.ca (I did it 
several times with the same results). I had to manually change the 
extension to .cer before it would work properly.
