position must demonstrate a passion for innovative, experiential-oriented teaching and, thus, be able to contribute to the strong teaching reputation of the department's faculty. They will help students find relevance and interest in course material, leading
to student mastery. The standard teaching load in the college for research-active faculty is 2/2. Further, this professor will be expected to conduct high-quality peer-reviewed research resulting in publication in leading journals, in addition to other high-quality
scholarly work, and, thus, contribute to the growing research culture of the department. They will also show a propensity for practical translation of their research, helping university stakeholders see value in college research. The department will annually
provide competitive funding and the college offers summer funding opportunities and research grants to support research. Finally, this professor will be expected to serve as a program lead for the new Hospitality Management Track of the Management Major. As
