The position is funded by a recent grant award that will examine the development of a transparency mechanism to promote ethical production in apparel supply chains. The grant is 3 years and funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The position is a 2-year postdoc. The postdoc’s primary duties will involve working with a faculty member to study how best to communicate ethical production practices to consumers and to examine consumers’ valuations and perceptions of transparency. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Applicants must have experience conducting high-quality, empirical research. A background in behavioral research (designing, conducting, and analyzing online, lab/field studies), econometric methods, as well as, a knowledge of R, Stata, or an equivalent statistical software package is required.
