<p class="MsoNormal">Dear Colleagues: There is an opening for one doctoral student from a U.S. University for the 2017 IFPSM Purchasing Summer School to be held at the University of Twente in the Netherlands June 26<sup>th</sup>-30th. Please have the doctoral
