the world with some of the leading professors in the field. In order to achieve this the number of participants is limited (usually around 12) and a specific setting is chosen with lots of interaction possibilities. Students present their PhD research or first
paper and get more intensive feedback than in any other setting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
