[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva Reboot

Hi,

Linerva had an unexpected outage today around 9:30PM. Linerva 
automatically rebooted due to detecting an unrecoverable error. Linerva 
maintainers took advantage of this to restart Linerva with more RAM. 
Unfortunately, this caused Linerva to become unresponsive and required 
further maintenance.

Linerva is now back in service.
