[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva Reboot

Hi,

Linerva had an unexpected reboot today, after becoming unresponsive around 
5:04PM. The exact cause is unknown, as the maintainers were unable to gain 
access to attempt to rectify the situation. Some debugging suggests that 
the issue was possibly AFS related, as there were some issues reported 
with other servers around the same time.

Linerva is now back online.
