[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva Reboot

Hi,

Linerva had an unexpected reboot today around 12:30PM.  Linerva became 
unresponsive, most likely due to extreme memory pressure, and then
experienced some unrecoverable errors.  Linerva had been unresponsive for 
nearly two hours while the maintainers attempted to log in and manually 
rectify the situation.  The reboot was an administrative decision after 
the maintainers were unsuccessful in making Linerva responsive.

Linerva is now back online.
