[Linerva-announce] Linerva outage last night

Hi there,

>From approximately 23:26 to 00:49 last night (June 15-16), Linerva was
inaccessible due to an AFS error. It has been rebooted and is now
available for logins.

We will be scheduling downtime in the near future to update AFS to a
newer version that we hope will prevent this issue from recurring.
