[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva reboot

Hi there,

Linerva had to be rebooted this evening after an unexpected hang.
We're working to figure out the cause of the issue so it doesn't
recur; this one appears to have had something to do with AFS. We know
downtime is inconvenient for you, and we make every effort to minimize
it where possible.
