We're going to make our October 30 swing dance this week special for Halloween, but we need your help! We're looking for volunteers for the following tasks:</p>
<ol style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: "Segoe UI", "Segoe WP", "Segoe UI WPC", Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">
<li>Purchasing snacks, including deciding what to get (budget $90). We will be awarding a bag of candy as the prize for the costume contest, so need to get that, too.</li><li>Purchasing decorations, including deciding what to get (budget $60)</li><li>7:00 PM Set up and decorating the room (La Sala de Puerto Rico)</li><li>Emcee the costume contest (10:00 PM). Anyone good at public speaking?</li></ol>

Anyone is welcome to volunteer for any of these tasks, though having a car is would be very helpful for #1 and #2. We have considerably flexibility in the budget if you need it (you will be reimbursed). (For purchases, we'll send you a form that you present
at the time of purchase for avoiding paying sales tax. MIT is a non-profit so is exempt from sales tax.) Please reply back to <a href="mailto:swing@mit.edu" target="_blank">swing@mit.edu</a> if you are able to help.​<br>
