<DIV>At last the laundry card readers and machine for adding value to the cards
will be installed! One good thing is that the machine will take $5 bills as well
as $10 and $20.</DIV>

<DIV>The new cards will be distributed to each of you by being placed under your
door on <B>October 18th</B>, together with a memorandum of instructions. That
same memo is attached to this email.</DIV>

<DIV>If you are going to be out of town and want me to pick up your card and
hold it until you return, please let me know.</DIV>
