Here's the update: The gas company has been here; they did NOT turn <br>
off the gas. But the plumber is not coming out tonight; they said <br>
that they will be here first thing in the morning once they figure <br>
out what the adjustment needs to be in order for the boiler to not <br>
continue to put out carbon. So the heat and hot water are off at <br>
least until tomorrow. (Also, apparently, we are waiting for a <br>
manufacturer adjustment which wasn't going to happen until <br>
Wednesday. Not sure if it will be able to happen sooner.) I assume <br>
the trustees will let us all know updates as they ensue.<br>
