<div>When I was doing laundry yesterday afternoon I saw that the front plate of the box with all of the phone wires in it was off. When I went back 1/2 later it was back on. I also saw a Verizon truck outside yesterday. </div>

If you're still having problems, you might want to call Verizon because I don't think Amy (our tenant) will know anything about it. Sorry for any trouble this caused.<br>
