That's correct. They are only working on the locking grate in each
bedroom. I believe they are all on the sides of the building (not the
front or back).<br>

<pre wrap="">Hi Charlie,
Just to clarify - my understanding is that the welder and locksmith will
only be working on one of the grated windows (the "locking grate" you
mentioned). Is that correct, or should we clear off all windows?

<pre wrap="">Dear Charlie,
I regret that I will be in New York on Thursday. I am leaving town
tomorrow morning. Tonight I will take things off the ledges in front
of the windows. It will be difficult for me to move the furniture
far away from the wall, however, because my apartment is now fairly
congested. I hope the locksmith can work around what's there!
Thanks,
mmm

<pre wrap="">Hello all,
The locksmith and welder will be coming again this Thursday. They
did not do the locks on the security grates on the basement units'
bedroom windows during their prior visits, but this time they will.
They will need to access the grates from inside each unit in
addition to from the
outside. If you live in a basement unit, please move items away
from the
window with the locking grate prior to their visit on Thursday. We
will
have a trustee or someone from the management company accompany the
locksmith and welder into each unit if the resident is not home.
Once I know what time they will be coming, I will let all of you
know. Thank you.
Charlie
