It's definitely not the smoke detector inside our unit -- that's not nearly as loud.<br><br>What other alarms are there inside our units? I was told a long time ago that the heat detector was not active anymore, but maybe it is and it's malfunctioning.<br><br>My wife is home most of the day right now and she reports this happens for a very short time almost daily.
