I have also noticed this, and this is the first year I have noticed it, although it is my 5th (right?) winter in the building. For a while, it was coming out burning hot, and lately, it is getting cold on and off in the middle of my shower -- which should not happen, with the tankless water heater, I believe. I was wondering if someone had played with the temperature on it?? Or, if Chris is right and it needs an adjustment -- I don't remember how long ago we had this boiler put in. But it would be good to get it checked out. <br><br><br>
