<h4>Leonardo/ISAST Appoints Jeffrey N. Babcock Interim Executive Director</h4>
<p class="mainText"><img src="http://www.leonardo.info/images/jeff-babcock-border.jpg" align="left"><strong>Leonardo/ISAST announces the appointment of Jeffrey N. Babcock as interim executive director</strong> of this internationally acclaimed organization that serves a creative network of distinguished scholars, artists and researchers working in the critical field of ArtScience.</p>
<p>A current member and former chairman of Leonardo/ISAST's governing board, Babcock has over 30 years of experience as a senior nonprofit arts and academic executive, consultant, event and media producer, and entrepreneur. He has served as chief executive and artistic director of both established and start-up cultural, arts and academic organizations. </p>
<p>In announcing Babcock's appointment, Leonardo/ISAST board chair and attorney Greg Harper said, "The Board welcomes Jeff Babcock as Leonardo/ISAST's new Executive Director. We look forward to working with Jeff to expand the influence of Leonardo beyond its well-known prominence in the academic community into the larger realms of business, education and social concerns."
Babcock has been actively involved in creative technologies throughout his career, collaborating with arts technology engineers and artists to produce and present complex projects. <h4>Marc Hebert Joins Leonardo/ISAST Governing Board</h4>
<p class="mainText">The Leonardo/ISAST Board of Directors unanimously voted to elect <strong>Marc Hebert</strong> as its newest member. Hebert brings a wealth of business and management expertise and nonprofit leadership experience to his role on the board. Marc Hebert is the Chief Operating Officer at Estuate, a global information technology (IT) services company. From 2006-2008 he was the first Chief Marketing Officer for Virtusa Corporation, a publicly-traded IT services firm. From 1999-2006, he was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Alliances for Sierra Atlantic, where he was responsible for corporate positioning, lead generation, public relations and partner development. <a href="http://leonardo.info/isast/isastboard.html#marc">Find out more</a></p>

<h4>New Issue of Leonardo Reviews Quarterly Now Available</h4>
<p class="mainText">Leonardo Reviews is the work of an international panel of scholars and professionals invited from a wide range of disciplines to review books, exhibitions, CD-ROMs, web sites and conferences. Leonardo Reviews publishes all reviews received from the panel monthly on the Leonardo Reviews web site. In addition, four times a year a selection of reviews is printed in Leonardo print journal and in the <strong>Leonardo Reviews Quarterly (L|R|Q)</strong>, available for download, which publishes a large selection reviews along with introductory material and overview essays. The third issue of L|R|Q is now available with two editorials by Michael Punt and Roger Malina, a response by Marin Zierold along with and a specially commissioned review article by Kieran Lyons of two recent publications with identical titles. <a href="http://www.leonardo.info/ldr.php">Find out more</a></p>
