conference in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Prague</st1:place></st1:City>
(Nov 7-11, 2007). The program is
complete now with the addition of the debates program. <br>
<p class="MsoNormal">The registration is almost full. Since we have to
limit attendance to 250
people, please register for attendance now. Don't leave it to the last
minute as
we may have to close registration.<br>
