New Discussion on YASMIN
The November 2008 discussion topic on the YASMIN discussion list (co- 
sponsored by Leonardo/Olats), in collaboration with the RAMI network,  
is on the collaborative work Disposition by the artist collective  
Position. The work involves artists and residencies in Istanbul,  
Alexandria and Marseille and is symbolic of the mission of the YASMIN  
and RAMI networks to establish collaborations around the

ART TECH MEDIA International Forum
ART TECH MEDIA is a non-profit international cultural organization  
interested in fortifying the alliance between art, science,  
technology, innovation and society. The second ART TECH MEDIA  
International Forum will take place in Cordoba, Spain, November 26,  
27 and 28 with presentations and debates on the future of cross- 
disciplinary collaboration and a showcase of the most innovative  
ideas and creations happening in the art/sci/tech sector around the  
world. Leonardo Editorial Board member Michele Emmer will speak on

Call for Submissions: BioLogic
SIGGRAPH 2009, in collaboration with Leonardo/ISAST, seeks papers  
related to the increasingly overlapped areas of art, biology, and  
technology to be presented at the 2009 SIGGRAPH Conference as well as

Call for Proposals: Senior Web Architect
Leonardo/ISAST announces an opening for the position of Senior Web  
Architect. The Leonardo/ISAST Board of Directors has decided to  
initiate a major effort to update its web sites and to explore Web  
2.0 and other electronic possibilities. The board seeks proposals  
from those who would be interested in helping to lead this
