the "Transfer of Knowledge Through Expatriates Nationals" (TOKTEN)
project. </SPAN></FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The objective of this project is to obtain the
expertise of Lebanese expatriates who are motivated by a desire to play
a role in the development process of their country of origin, to
reinforce national development efforts and transfer of skills and
know-how. </SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>

ask professional expatriate nationals, to volunteer for short terms
consultancy missions in Lebanon at a modest cost (i.e. round trip air
fair and around $152 perdiem). These UN missions will be implemented in
Lebanese ministries and public institutions.
