In <gssapi/generic.h> GSS_RFC_COMPLIANT_OIDS is only defined to
be 1 for MacOS.  Is there any danger in forcing it to 1 for other
platforms ?

(I'm porting an application that's using the GSS API from another
 Kerberos which uses some of the OID names which only become active
 when this is defined.)
