SASL support for kldap

Hi,

Here is reworked patches for SASL as Greg Hudson suggested (code reuse). 
I also reworked whole ldap config structure as Chris Hecker suggested. 
Patches talk for them self. So I'd like kerberos experts to examine them 
and push it to upstream if possible. Patches are tested on my servers 
and works great for me.
