[krbdev.mit.edu #2980] Windows XP SP2 and trouble with free library krb5_32.dll

Thank you Jeff for the update. This is how it used to be working prior to v.5. 
 All the kerberized applications I wrote in the past (v.4) had to call 
WSAStartup/WSACleanup.

When do you think the change will take place (meaning, when the new libraries 
will be available)?
