1) We should log addresses for packets with ASN.1 parsing failures.
   (Maybe use Ken's patch?)

2) If the time is near the start of the Mac epoch, perhaps we should
   just warp it forward to the most negative UNIX time (0x80000000),
   and handle the fact that it's too far in the past elsewhere, just
   the same as we would handle times from "only" ten years ago.
