[krbdev.mit.edu #7381] KfW mnemonics do not work in 'options' tab

There are the 'home' and 'options' tab, and in the home tab we have several buttons, most of 
which have a mnemonic/shortcut (e.g., ctrl-t).  These shortcuts do not work when the display is 
on the 'options' panel.
