I commented several weeks ago about the negative aspects of using
Microsoft Word to edit HTML files.
Attached is the diff between revisions 1.82 and 1.83 of the
relnotes.html file.  I'm sorry but I do not have time to figure out what
has been changed in a 9121 line diff.
