KfW 3.2.2 release notes for your review

I have updated the file.  

In the future I would prefer it if Microsoft Word was not used to edit
the release notes.
Using Word produces much larger files and makes editing with other tools
more difficult.

I have given you both the original edited in Word and a version that has
all of the Word style sheet information stripped out of it.
